Topic and speculation from now forward will be about what price merger, takeover or selling part (CVSI-007?) of the company will be announced. If they find the right suitor there will be nice upside. We expected merger or sale, but now Dowling confirmed it and by the way it was presented, something must be in the works and we’ll hear about it very soon.

I think what they have just spent on this CBD+Nicotine gym is already at least ~$10M+ over the years.
