The completion of the TNMD audited financial statements for 2020 and 2021 will also allow TNMD to file a Form 10 with the SEC and become a fully SEC reporting company for the first time in its 21 year history.

We are currently in the process of completing the first TNMD-HuanMedia consolidated audited financial statements, which are a major undertaking and are taking longer than expected. However, this is a necessary step in order to uplist to OTCQB and eventually, NASDAQ.
