Bastards at the FDA got my message and corrected their error, without even acknowledging me with a thank you.

But to your question about notifying congress first, that was my sarcasm.

You see, I feel that politicians are corrupt, and that Congress especially uses their knowledge of what is coming down the pike to their own, financial advantage.

There are countless stories of how days before Congress passes a certain law, people like Nancy Pelosi load up on a certain stock and make a killing (can you say insider trading?).

I was merely suggesting that the FDA was planning on posting the EUA in question on April 9, and that the notice that we saw was the one that was supposed to go to Congress first, so that they could use the information to load up on stock and make a killing when the EUA hit the FDA website on April 9th.

I'm certain the corruption exists, but its not as bad as actually writing "For Congress' Eyes Only" on the actual pre-issued EUA document...
