Reg A. isn't necessarily a bad thing. It helps fund the companies operations. But it all depends on how much they're looking to dilute in the open market, sell it privately, and how much the offering it's listed for. Which in this case is at .03. If your long here, you might want to get some of that.

But look who owns the convertable debt of 13 billion shares here. Chad Curtis, who owns One World Market Ventures. He has a notorious history for corruption. He had an instagram post not long ago, but he deleted it recently.

But the Ceo here did say he would try and reduce the conversion rate from .00001 to 50% discount off the market price, which would be beneficial for the shareholders here. But that's easier said than done...
