**** I asked questions, and received the following literally just now - thus Subsequently I felt it was prudent to share see below … also, worth recalling the CC in November, Dr Mikaelian did say if they were allowed to discuss it could be easily explained… in the mean time I think their reply is helpful. *** Also, seriously, if your invested and haven’t yet try their products, and or buy one for a friend too .. the products are great :)

As far as the late filing, a reason was given in the notice of late filing, copied below:

Quanta, Inc. (the “Company”) is not in a position to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-K”) in a timely manner because the Registrant cannot complete the Form 10-K in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense. The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2021 has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-K impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The Company does not expect the filing to be made within the time period required for a timely filing pursuant to Rule 12b-25(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
