There are approximately 15 amendments to the bill, which the GOP has the most and most complicated. Democrats have a few. The GOP amendments, if they go through, will stretch out the process by another year or so. Most seem like legitimate concerns by the GOP, but will holdup full legalization due to research and policies for sometime.
We just need them both to move forward for the current bill for maybe sometime in 2024 in my humble opinion.

The House is talking about debate rules now on C-SPAN.
