I would agree. However the risk is zero. By that I mean if they lose the appeal and the court rules only for specific performance and throws out most of the damages, Parabellum walks away and the stock goes to zero. Remember, there are still two things that have to happen for the reward. They have to win the appeal and they have to collect.
