They Stayed Pink Current with Annual Report Filing
Took out $50,000 loan to fund operations so Terry has convinced some people that he can make something happen and to keep this going.

If people do DD they will learn or hope Terry can create something in Indonesia so that the news will move this stock higher. I believe the old shareholders/debt holders want to make a company out of this and will wait to call in their debt/shares.

No new shares issued but the loan is convertible, may know on April 2 on conversion or if they leave it. My guess is they will do another loan to fund 2022 activities.

My guess is Terry is in Indonesia now working on Baru Gold but also finding a way for BRNE to set up shop over there for mining.

If .002 is a bottom base i think this is a good place to buy some stock
