It's like when one of my kids would have an "A" average in a class, then all of a sudden a surprise "D" grade would show up on a test out of nowhere and I'd get the old "it was a surprise test and I didn't expect it was coming" bs excuse. Totally avoidable with the right preparation and a commitment to handle those type situations differently looking forward given how they've resulted in the past. And now they have a hole to dig out of which didn't exist prior to that grade showing up.

Instead of this board now discussing how the Company has truly grown up and overdelivering on quality expectations, we're now talking about this speedbump and how we can opportunistically buy shares on the cheap today. This is not how a top tier athlete runs down the final lap of a race towards a critical finish line.

Very frustrating...so very frustrating.

Leandro must understand that, for the organic path to succeed, the market will need to cooperate for IQST's share price to reach sufficient pricing for the Company to reach the NASDAQ. As much as I respect and admire Leandro's confidence in the road forward, his confidence and will to make this happen won't have any real impact. The market will need to push the price up, and this type speedbump doesn't help. Little things matter given where IQST's stock currently trades.
