SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 30 – Arrayit, a self-described pioneer in microarray technology, has been sued under a contribution agreement by Reuban Taub. That was in 2015.
On March 29, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Andrew L. Carter held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
The case was moving toward a bench trial, with exhibits filed. Judge Carter asked why waste money at trial that could contribute to a resolution of the case.
He set up a settlement conference, which he himself and not a Magistrate Judge would run, on June 8 and 11 am.
The case is Taub v. Arrayit Corporation et al., 15-cv-1366 (Carter)
