Really fine presentation and explanation senor c! No doubt your charts have served you well and I do believe they help determine if and when you should get in and out to make short-term money. I've never looked at this stock that way. To me and many others here, this has always been a long-term hold as we went down with the original ship back in the leather pants days!

I went through a divorce 9 years ago and disclosed my shares at the time with a price of 0.000 thinking it was worth nothing knowing nothing about clean shells so it passed muster with the divorce as insignificant. Oh boy will she be freaking pissed if I ever told her when this hits. Hahaha!

Most of, if not all of, my comments over the years have been strategically related. That's how I always approach things from the outside in. Has served me well mostly. It doesn't take a rocket scientist or charts now to see that the time is here one way or the other. West Virginia versus Scotus, a monumental case to XL's point, is just a sideshow on the journey. You can't scan the horizon at this point and see anything other than go time. That's not speculation, that's just reality.
So, no doubt your charts do indicate certain things but by themselves, without knowledge of the events unfolding, the charts are only useful for flipping short-term gains. Kind of like what's happened to baseball in particular. The metric maniacs have ruined the game and discount gut intuition and feel. This has always been a long-term play where some have made money flipping along the way. I'm just happy to see activity after watching paint dry for so long.
Thanks again for that wonderful analysis!
