I think you are early, most of the mining companies I follow don't ramp for EV until 2027, that's if we can't kill the EV market before then. Most new fabs won't be ready until mid 2023, so late 2023 for earnings on the new process.

cash is 1.25

I didn't see anything from their order book that would substantially change their earnings in the next 12 months.

If they do need to ramp quickly they would need capital, I suspect dilution. May be able to attract more capital with a Sr preferred offering that pays a dividend with warrants and equity. Make sure current shareholders and new ones have the same opportunity to participate.

I'd sit in the gap and keep an eye on it. Comps will be tougher!
