Exactly! That is why I see very limited downside even if I am wrong about good earnings. Remember only GAAP numbers matter. IMO, Just to much good coming to stop this upcoming super regional power house in the making.

As far as my comments on GAAP numbers there is always the possibility of special write offer's and not capitalize.

Stay long and retire young. We have all heard this before from a very informed poster. GLTA
