I’ve heard no such announcement, however, I believe a 1:10 RS would be perfect, bringing outstanding shares to 1.325 billion with a current market cap of just $3.3 million.

RETC is a SEC REPORTER, it’s PINK and it is under the PIGGYBACK RULE with a PQE STATUS of “YES”.

Did you hear about a reverse split somewhere?
