It is possible, although CBCL only had a NOnbinding LOI with GVT. As far as I can tell, there were no difinitive agreements signed and they only had a 60 day period to do their due diligence. It is possible that GVT moved on and MHUS is offering a better deal? One thing that we know from the CBCL PR is that they said, that "This transaction would bring immediate revenue into CyberTel.."
MHUS is due for a PR. We'll see.....
