IMPORTANT - Here's what to look for in the upcoming financial statements that will prove the $$633,850 in 'preliminary' revenue is a sham!!!
1) Take a look at the cash flow statements! The income statements will show this alleged revenue -- all from the po's he issued which are not likely to result in payments -- but the cash flow statements will NOT reflect a corresponding increase in cash. WHY is this? Because it ain't real until the company gets paid and you can bet that walmart and hi-vee and all of these other so called deals are suspect at best. These companies are simply going to return most of the product because neither mattyboy, the company or these moronic kiosks can sell the company's product.
2) As soon as mattyboy and his momma sign their name to these statements, I will be sending them to the SEC as exhibit A, in what I think is a giant FRAUD
3) On the balance sheet, the assets are going to go up HOWEVER, keep in mind that these are the purchase costs of the kiosks. Sure he spent hundreds of thousands of shareholder money on these kiosks <assets> but these assets will quickly depreciate. They aren't within the company's control to protect, will get damaged quickly, stop working, not generate any value or sales and these "assets" will cost more to bring back and fix than it would to just throw them out.
4)The quarter 4 financial statements are not being independently validated by the company's crack auditors
5) These statements will not show the steep increases in expenses that we all know the company is now paying - like salaries for the new hearingassist employees, floor space rental for (cough cough) "the kiosks", and the new call center, and PR costs, and mommy and daddy Moore
(6) Watch for the increases in shares outstanding
I believe this company is so close to going bankkrupt that buyers of this stock never have a chance of making money
