PCT LTD Nano-Catholyte™ will shake up the multi-billion dollar oil industry!”

The #OilandGasIndustry has been in need of an eco-friendly way to increase oil recovery & we have it. You can stay in the green with Nano-Catholyte™. First well in Oklahoma to be treated with the Catholyte+ resulting in a 49.85% increase!

Historically steam injection was the only available tech for heavy oil EOR as found in Grassy Creek.

This is what heavy oil (15 gravity) from Grassy Creek looks like. Nano-Catholyte produced maximum water to oil ratio WOR of 48/52. Sweet light Oklahoma oil (38 gravity) will exceed that.

Current other EOR technologies today are using CO2 Micro Bubbles.

Bubble size distribution and stability of CO2 microbubbles for enhanced oil recovery:

Fluids incorporating carbon dioxide (CO2) microbubbles have been utilized to promote enhanced oil recovery from hydrocarbon reservoirs. The performance of such fluids in porous media is greatly affected by both the bubble size and stability.

What's So Special about PCTL at the Nanoscale with Nanobubbles & Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies Corp that will make "steam injection" obsolete on the heavy oil (15 API Gravity) in Missouri?

Nano-Catholyte™ will Make those Micro Bubbles used in EOR obsolete for many Disruptive reasons:

Micro Bubble Scale:

Remember the performance of such fluids in porous media is greatly affected by both the bubble size and stability.

How many NanoBubbles in a Micro Bubble??

That's 64 million NanoBubbles in a single MicroBubble!! Only available thru Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies with Nano-Catholyte™

Nanoscale materials have far larger surface areas than similar masses of larger-scale materials. As surface area per mass of a material increases, a greater amount of the material can come into contact with surrounding materials such as Oil & Gas, thus affecting reactivity & enhanced recovery.

Now, Maverick has started seeing oil production from Nano-Catholyte™ at a fraction of SAGD’s cost. Doug Humphreys said: “I’ve never seen an oil cut like this from my (heavy) oil field.” Doug decided to expand the test to his light oil well in Holdenville, OK.

The results convinced Doug Humphreys, CEO of Maverick Energy Services, to test Nano-Catholyte™ in his heavy oil wells. Maverick has used steam (SAGD) to produce oil from this field. SAGD is costly, energy intensive, and produces toxic wastewater. At low oil prices, SAGD was too costly.

The steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) process was developed in Canada in the 1990s. Steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) is a drilling technique used to extract heavy crude oil which is buried too deep or otherwise to burdensome to access.

Canadian oil companies use SAGD for their oil sands. As a result, Canada has struggled with over one trillion liters of toxic wastewater.

David Holcomb, Ph.D., President of Pentagon Technical Services, said: “Nano-Catholyte™ could change enhanced oil recovery around the world and eliminate toxic oils sands wastewater. It is so effective that the industry could re-open old, abandoned wells.”

As noted by Doug Humphries of Maverick Energy Services, “This technology has the potential to reduce costs, prolong the life of the well and shake up the multi-billion dollar oil industry.”
