CCTL unfairly attacked by an OTCM do gooder who likes to slay companies not up to date. The current CEO had accounting issues he was locked into by the previous CEO, and OTCM had new accounting rules and demands for crypto companies as well as new regulations that went into play last year for OTCM companies.

It was a lot of work for Tom Pillsworth. With only a final attorney letter now needed this guy is a marvel and deserves a lot of respect and thanks from all shareholders. I believe he's been working with OTCM so this should help the approval when requested after the attorney letter.

While current numbers bit great who'd want to go full throtal until they knew it would count.

It took Tom 12 months but under the circumstances that's okay. I've played the five year game in crypto stocks, hence why I am called 'patient ninja. Payoffs coming this year.
