Shells are not for the short nerved, they are for the type that knows the share structure is good and are willing to buy the dips and hold for a year plus. There are some who constantly complain about the impatient sellers, theses short sited investors are new and have zero idea what a shell is.

Management can not and will not release an 8k Until the shell has been merged, inked and those papers have been reviewed by the lawyers and then submitted to FINRA.
