has anyone actually read the 8 k here, i dont think so, i was hoping detached would post something, he clarifies things better than i do. i will do my best.
1- financial wizardry - hats off to aiad- they are in control of the entire situation- no toxic debt- they decide how much can be bought, retaining the right to sell 10,000,000.00 at their leisure, when they decide it is worthwhile for them.
2- no debt has been taken on, and they have can not own more than 5%
3- can release news, pushing stock up and have shares bought at higher price
4- whoever wants these shares , wants them badly as an investment, private investor or not, this is a party who sees the large upside potential, in the company.
i bought some more today myself, and if someone wants to drive it lower, i will buy more, hehe. there will be an upswing, very seldom have i seen market makers, acting positive about a stock, they have allowed large gaps, closing to the upside, while someone is throwing a million shares on the ask, market makers could use that to drive it down instead, they try to hold it up.
i work most days but still look at my phone occasionally, and i will admit when i see that million shares on the ask it makes me nervous, but it holds, to my amazement,
and than i get greedy wishing they would drop so i can buy more,hehe.
i only buy a few thousand at a time so it probably would not be worth it, actually.
last of all, imagine buying a house, telling the bank, you are going to decide how much your payments are going to be and then telling them you are setting the interest rate, to me this is similar. aiad makes the rules, gets the money and have
decided the terms. it is a win, win.
last time this happened , seeing someone willing to invest, under these conditions, stock went up, whats different here is the negativity, i see. so many of you talk about the money you have made or are in the process of making and than talk trash about the company that made you that money, well if you think it so bad , take your profits and go, oh thats right you stay to make more money, my bad i forgot, hehe. the force is with us, enjoy thee ride.
