Any notes that were based on pennies were relative to the SP at that time years ago. Which buy the way, the CEO has paid off those notes or re-structed with the holder. (You can't expect an investor to pay over fair value? And most of those notes were at a 25% discount at that time).

Total diluted is around 20 million

Can anyone out there please direct me to a stock that is cash flow positive, with zero debt or liabilities and with a micro tight share structure that will run to multiple dollars on BIG News?
