lol. it has already gone up more than 1000% ON that supposed merger rumor. And as far as a Forward split.... ANY split, whether RS or FS, are the kiss of death for OTCs. Look at all of them historically. youll be amazed. Think about it...what does a .38 stock need to FORWARD SPLIT for? duh lol
