I understand your suspicion but I have no axe to grind with anyone nor do I have an agenda. I spoke to Andrew in the second half of January and he was expecting news regarding relisting and MCF involvement 'within' the week. I thought I'd give the news two weeks. Two weeks were up when I mentioned that news would be coming this week.

I spoke to Andrew again and he was very vague and not particularly enthused. He gave an indication that news would be 'another week or so', he had little idea on how news on present and future activities would be released i.e. 'big bang' or 'drip feed'. He had very little feel on corporate strategy over the next 3/6 months whereas back in November at the time of the 10K he was (it seemed) on the ball and knew everything.

I got the impression that MCF are keeping everything about SEIH very tight and conservative. Andrew could well be being frozen out on corporate events until a PR is required.

I told Andrew in January that the only thing keeping me with SEIH was the MCF link. Since then though MCF haven't produced anything in nearly a quarter, which in my book is not good enough, you know no relisting, no corporate strategy, no shareholder guidance, nothing! I suppose today was the day that my patience finally failed me, simple as that.

One final piece of information that may be of interest is that MCF were in the frame before SEIH submitted their 10K, MCF were no expecting nor planning on SEIH being delisting to the Pinks.
