Yeah I mentioned that in my post that the beta test and contractor was not ready for prime time. All software has bugs that need to be worked out over time but unfortunately this one needed to be taken offline and it badly affected operations, customer service and cut into earnings. Im not sure if they need new software when they go nationwide but hopefully this was a good learning experience.
