I also believe the reason the whole board was replaced with persons of Mexican citizenship was to act as a firewall for any future "mining concession" questions raised due the Guerrero concession fiasco. I think the last auditor was close to exposing this and the audit was terminated. Immediately after audit termination, the board was replaced.
