I do not disagree that UNRV has been compliant in their fillngs. The S.E.C. did call into question the failure to disclose information with regards to the "Peoples" acquisition. The fact that UNRV terminated the top executives and gave a very general statement as to why is disturbing. The 8k stated market conditions. If it has to do with the taxation on Marijuana businesses that makes no sense as this situation isn't new. If is about inflation again this isn't new information. When you pull the executive compensation the C.E.O. made nothing and the president and the C.F.O. only made a few hundred thousand dollars, so that isn't saving the company much. I could be wrong but there is something not right here. There is a lot more that goes with filing than just the quarterly earnings reports. They must file anything that could materialy affect the companies earnings or it's continued operations. Also with regards to these filings the companies is some cases must also make a press release which is separate from their regulatory filings. Please educate yourselves on these regulations they are in place to protect you. I also understand that these message boards or filled with those that want to take advantage of people.
