USMJ (formerly NVAE) and Puration (PURA) recently released the following PR:

“Puration, Inc. (PURA) today announced its support for the anticipated acquisition of Spanish Peaks ScrumpDelicacies by ML Capital Group (MLCG).”

So let’s start connecting the dots.

USMJ’s supposed business model is to “find” publicly traded companies that they can spin assets out to in return for stock and then divvy the stock to the USMJ shareholders….at least that is the plan in a nutshell.

USMJ recently paid out a divvy of PURA restricted stock to USMJ shareholders…so of course many shareholders are interested in both now.

So from the recent PR “Spanish Peaks ScrumpDelicacies” is a trademark applied for in Nov 2016

It is owned by Spanish Peaks Food and Beverage, LLC which is owned by one Philip Verges of NMKT NewMarket Technology fame.

Now here is where it gets interesting...although I suspect some here have seen this connection in the past

Verges was connected to Eddie Vakser via PRPM. ALSO, the CEO of USMJ is Steven B. Rash who did IR for ARTS another revoked Vakser ticker. They had kind of a falling out….but Vakser is the common linkage between Rash and Verges…and from what I see Verges and Vakser are quite well acquainted.

As a side note MLCG (ML Capital Group) is led by Kevin Bobryk…of ARNH fame.

The next and most recent USMJ “divvy” PR was for a planned acquisition of ALYI…which is also connected to Verges.
