If you were to read the OTCQX Rules for U.S. Companies you would have seen the requirement for a press release. A filing with the OTCQX nor the S.E.C. is considered a press release. It stipulates within those rules what is considered a press release. This information is publicly available. I don't mind being corrected when the information being offered in these forums is correct. I will however point out when it isn't as too many people say irresponsible things. In these forums to do nothing more that lump up a thinly traded stock price.
