Looks like the new Rx software was not ready for prime time and they had to go back to the old software after a couple of months. Was it inadequate Beta testing or not enough support from the contractor or inadequate staffing support?
Either way it looks like the bottom line took a hit as well as their reputation. Let’s hope they handle the up list better.
