This company is very frustrating, however, everything Rsarajit says is true. The breakout to the upside will be ferocious.

Will be available for purchase. I strongly believe the product will sell out immediately - it's that special. The CEO/Engineer behind Kipos is exceptionally bright yet such a perfectionist(which goes back to the earlier comment "frustrating").

At 4 cents is the risk reward ratio out of whack? You tell me!
