I have serious doubt there is anything to this Company

They cant even afford to pay the OTC Markets fees ($6000) to bring the stock Pink Current

They posted the Current Financials on their Webpage but it was never updated on OTCM

The strange thing about that is the Chairman/President of the Company holds 98.5% of the Common Shares and 39.1% of the Preferred


Im "thinking" this was just a Scam all along for this Chairman to dump shares into the BID for pocket money


Its a pretty common occurrence down here in the sewer of trading

The CEO of an OTC Pink Company is FAARRR more corrupt than a Politician

Its all about selling shares

Get in...Get out...Lock Profits...Move on
