i am reversing out my previous prediction of the merger not going through and now, it is only a prediction, attained via a mixture of tarot card reading, dart throwing, and knowing the Ferguson-Kaiser team mentality, i say sometime between 4/30 and 5/30 and a 1 for 3 formula. this is also based on what the two did to "earn" a $158 million loss in BFNH ( a shell company whose major expense was and still is a deck of cards). we will see. very exciting that we may beat a year for this to be completed
