When a PO is a contract...
A Purchase Order is an enforceable commercial contract when the SELLER agrees (without exception) to the BUYER specified terms and conditions and returns acknowledgement copy of PO to BUYER signed by an authorized representative of SELLER.
...Fun comes when the legal departments of both parties become involved in a "battle of the forms." Regards, Hitter
