What could the reasons be not tell us what the settlement attempts were that HDICK rejected, as stated in the VeeMost tweet!

We are unable to complete the merger due to the actions of Mr. Hovendick who was granted an injunction blocking/preventing the completion of the merger. Why continue to keep JPEX OTC current with the Annual filing? And again, could of explained what the so called settlement attempts!

Who or What entity(s) were buying all the large blocks of shares on the way down. I doubt that was all retail buying! So with VeeMost saying moving on, very doubtful retail would be buying all those large blocks of shares!

Last week 1B shares (1,011,546,605) volume traded - 70% of the Float with large block share buys! Hmmmm!
