Our position has been clear from every post. The 2021 10-K shows fewer shares for David and Jon than the 2020 10-K. Jon filed a Form 4 for 150,000,000 shares, but that does not account for the total difference. David did not file a Form 4. We never claimed David sold shares, that was all from your multiple post. We stated a Form 4 was not filed to show the discrepancy between the 2020 and 2021 numbers.

There was also talk about how you don’t see audited 10-Ks as proof of anything, but 8-Ks are proof for other stuff.
