Eddie's longtime on again/off again penny pumping lawyer Jonathan Leinwand have quite the history together dating back to Eddie's very first ticker--ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL (ARTS fka ARTI.OB/ SEC REVOKED).Most recently was when Eddie's TDEY was transferred to Leinwand & crew via revers4 merger, renamed JMDP, followed by a 1-for-50,000 reverse split that destroyed all retail shareholders. It was spun off again and currently survives under the symbol SLDX.

So it's something of a RED FLAG to see the two teamed together again in the recent SEC A-1 filing which states on page 2--
