To me DD means DODO and particulary in the OTC. It's hard to figure out who even owns these things or has owned the ticker X other times , how many times they've "changed names" or lines of work or ownership, or merged or sold and on and on and on.

Even when you go to the Gov't sites, many times it's hard to figure out who is who and what is what and how many other times some of these names have shown up in the wash.

I've seen some of them run to pennies and dollars and a year, or years later, be right back in the triple ticker range. There's no way to call these things. It's like a slot machine system. You put a quarter in and pull the handle.
