I followed your bullet points one by one and completely agree. This HUNSAKER doesn't even exist anymore. Clearly things moved on based on your due diligence and due to the beautiful opinion from legal that all debt is gone due to the statute of limitations.

Now we wait to find out when the reverse split will be declared. It may actually be declared after the new company comes in. Rhonda just added it to the by-laws. Also, there is nothing to say they will do a rs but we are kidding ourselves if we don't.
