Page 8 of the Year end 2021 financials are pretty simple. Some folks are really confused on the shares outstanding and the "additional paid in capital". The 2 columns represent year end 2021 vs year end 2020. The share numbers are not a dollar figure so they are not put in the columns. That is what is confusing many. There are 2.5 billion Authorized shares. Year end 2021 issued was 2,393,944,690. Year end 2020 issued was 1,495,125,509. The dollar values to the immediate right same line are the "par values" year end 2021 of $1,405,007 and year end 2020 of $1,315,125

"Additional paid in capital" is its own line item dollar figure and has nothing to do with the share issued numbers.

There are not repeat not "1.49 billion shares additional paid in capital. The company has the reigns to reduce the float by 500% to 300M shares. "

Also need to point out that the dollar values on page 8 are not to be believed as there is a 10 million dollar error adding the "liabilities" column for year end 2020. These idiots cant even run a calculator adding their own fraudulent figures.
