Hi Slim, I don't have a definitive answer, but if you go to VGR technology partners web site (which is minimal at best). On the right hand column, they list crown solutions,India, UK, and USA as being subsidiaries of VGR. Thus if xalles owns 100 percent of VGR, they also owns Crown Solutions based on the web site
This is all very flimsy conjecture because that is the only place I could make any connection. Have a great day
