Once again, we knew about the deal for quite some time it doesn't change anything... and market just confirmed this last week... no rise in PPS, more like the opposite so yeh old news...

Keep in mind, even if everything goes smooth and they get IND done and then trials etc. it still means jack shit if they decide to dilute along the way on the pops... which seems very likely judging by their recent actions

Once the lenders come for their money then you will see how badly they fucked up on the loan, trips city and then R/S from there...
