thanks. why so? Is the thought the guy will just want out after a step drop? I think there will be a rs but not sure what it does by targeting a large amount of shares held by one person like that does. Please explain as I my brain issn't getting it. Economically an investor is indifferent between a stock split or a revers split. it is only the positive and negative connotations that come along with them respectively. thanks
