A shell to watch is FUTS at .015. They had really good news/filings AH last night. They filed their latest Q and 10 K so this shell should be going pink current next week.

This shell stock only has a 100 M OS and a 60 M float with almost no debt. In addition the reference to PRMO as a potential merger candidate in previous filings is gone which is an awesome thing as PRMO is junk. The filings now say they are looking for mergers in the tech sector with no reference to PRMO.

This stock ran to over .05 and stayed near there all last year on previous merger rumor news and that was with the non Pink status. Now that they are fully filing and ready for a GOOD to GREAT merger....the sky is the limit here with that share structure imo.
