Agreed—but to be clear, the actions and inactions of the “management” of this firm have had a LOT more to do with the poor performance of the PPS than the CURRENT bear market. It’s clear they have nothing of significant value—otherwise they wouldn’t have needed to conduct TWO reverse splits in less than two years (note the bottom was falling out of the PPS LONG before COVID—since late 2018, in fact). Know what you own indeed: caveat emptor.
