If you look at the filing on Page 3 , it was declined and sent back it appears but states that on March 21, 2022 in a letter. The amendment is strange and the signed date is off. something is strange, I know on social media folks are reaching out for her

If you do the Math on that language to the Share Structure and current price, it sure does not add up .

Also the filing in Florida SOS was for a name change , which says someone bought the Shell, hence they will do their own thing. Rhonda got the custodianship through the courts in Oct 2021. She has been on various shells and this one was looking for a merger or acquisition. The NEW NAME just did not come out of thin air , time will tell.
