Yes they can do that. But unfortunately these vultures always start selling shares and take the PPS below a penny. This is a very dangerous proposal and I hope Ray and company aware of that. Actually Ray has much to loose. His net worth drops like a rock. But there is so many ways of handling this situation. We just got to wait for final resolution.
