So are you aware there's a wide gulf of difference between a filed SEC 10 added MA & D section or 8-K with just an information safe haven PR cautionary statement to preclude filing class action "silliness" dismissed at court house door. Will continue to teach such till accepted just as SEC Guide Test Mining exception still exists same as last 90 years. Can deny but still exists.
