I am holding too as most that post here are doing. Holding a stock implies that the holder expects the company to succeed and provide profit as an investment. Holding a stock seems an active investment decision. IMO.

So someone says, AGN has to/will raise the full $9M immediately, before any news is released on SCLC/Pancreatic Cancer tumors trial approvals, before any plans are approved from MHRA dealing with microdose DMT for Stroke and specifics at Hammershmit, also before any news will be released on the progress and data from the IPF/CC clinical trial or non dilutive financing proposals have any time to flesh out, and before moving forward on a Nasdaq listing IPO with the only issues management are considering is raising as much as possible at the lowest PPS, and not considering fully the sequence of news or priorities or which provides the best 'bang for the bucks' or has the best chance for success ( short term or long term) and of course IF this all happens as seen through someone's crystal balls, there wont be any PPS appreciation and current shareholders wont receive any benefits as the IPO occurs .?.

Just checking for further details from other investors, especially from folks that have 'held' the stock for a long long time. . Always nice to see courteous respectful rational replies to/from other investors or posters at message boards.
