Doug: I would say that If Financing were through Tech Met, Tech Met would probably have to go out and get subscribers to a Financing offer and take an equity position something like a Bond subscription, and that would be an additional delay. I suppose they might have enough contacts that this happens privately, but this is how they have done this in the past.


Would NioCorp issue Bonds or preferred stock? (We might want to be ready for that!) We could end up with more Lind Corp. (I will let others comment on that!) Merger? Buyout? Its complicated....more waiting.
