PDIV still hasn’t disclose the financing terms

The « Powerful Partner » was presented as part of a signed sealed delivered deal and as a public company, it also must disclose the deal they were part of, and also the conditions of that financing.

moRon Lowenthal is the CEO of PDIV. So moRon, why the hell don’t you file this material event at OTCMARKETS???

Would it put you in legal trouble if you did?

Add this ti the already very long list of the stuff uou have to explain moRon.

Or perhaps, PDIV is also waiting for a new website
